2025 Tickets

Please read the terms and conditions below before purchasing your tickets.

	Events take place at the Hyatt Regency, Vancouver (July 12/13). Please check the 2025 Awards by Evening page to determine which Awards are handed out for each of the LEO AWARDS Ceremonies.
	Tickets for all events are available via table seating and available on a first-come basis. Plated sit-down meals are served for each evening.
	All seating is assigned in tables of 10. If you wish to be seated with others, please purchase tickets as a group. (e.g. there is 6 in your party, purchase 6 tickets in one transaction) or if purchasing tickets individually, coordinate with your party to purchase tickets in one transaction, we cannot guarantee seating otherwise.
	Enter all names of ticket holders so we can properly register guests at the door. If you are unable to confirm guest names at time of purchase, enter your name and notify your guests that tickets are purchased in your name. We will contact you to ascertain names of each guest and dietary need.
	Food allergies or special dietary requests must be indicated in advance. Recognized dietary needs include vegetarian, gluten-free, and food allergies. All other guests will be served the regular meal on the respective ticketed evening purchased.
	Dietary requests must be entered at Check Out when you purchase your tickets. Dinner menus will be posted on the LEO AWARDS website. Unless given advanced notice, we cannot accommodate any dietary requests on site at the hotel.
	E-tickets will be emailed to you. You must bring these to the evening of your ticketed event and presented at the registration desk.
	Nominees are eligible to purchase a maximum of 2 tickets at preferred pricing as indicated. The Purchaser must be listed on the in order to qualify. Purchasers who are not on the Nominees list will be levied the difference in ticket price.
	The LEO AWARDS reserve the right to relocate your seats to accommodate seating efficiency should it be required.
	Student pricing is available for eligible students only. To qualify for Student pricing, you must be nominated for the LEO AWARDS 2025 or currently enrolled in a Foundation Film Program.
	There is no age restriction for admittance to the LEO AWARDS, but all guests require an eligible ticket.
	Note ticket orders for each event will close as each event sells out, or 5 business days (120 hours) before July 12. Any remaining tickets will be available on-site until one hour before the start time of each event. On-site ticket prices will be levied a surcharge of $60 per ticket and paid for by credit card only.
	All ticket sales are final.
	The LEO AWARDS reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.
